Dial In Doctor started with a set of ordinary frustrations that most families recognise. Booking an appointment often meant waiting days for a slot, then waiting again once you arrived. A short consultation could take most of a day once travel was counted.
Care was also spread thin. A consultation happened in one place, the lab test in another, the medicines somewhere else again — and nothing carried over between them. Patients ended up repeating their own history at every step, holding the thread together themselves.
Finding the right provider was its own problem. Recommendations came from word of mouth, and there was rarely a straightforward way to confirm credentials before booking. For anyone outside a major city, or anyone with limited mobility, the options narrowed further.
We built Dial In Doctor to close those gaps: a single place where a patient can reach a verified provider, get the diagnostics and medicines that follow, and have the next step already accounted for. Not a replacement for good clinical judgement — a way to remove the friction around it.
